Terms and Conditions


 ReconAir Service Agreement 

This Service Agreement is entered into by and between:

ReconAir – Strategic Aerial Solutions

1. Scope of Services

ReconAir agrees to provide the following services:

  • Aerial photography, Branding consultation, 3D mapping, Deer recovery, Line inspection, Roof inspection, Event aerial surveillance and search & rescue
  • Deliverables include [edited footage, strategic report, visual assets]


All services will be performed in accordance with FAA regulations and local laws.


                                                             

 2. Timeline

3. Payment Terms

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and project details unless disclosure is required by law.


8. Communication

Return and Refund Policy


Return and Refund Policy for ReconAir


Effective Date: January 1, 2026


At ReconAir – Strategic Aerial Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality aerial imaging, branding, and consulting services. Due to the customized nature of our work, we offer limited returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.


1. Service-Based Deliverables


Because our services involve custom content creation (e.g., drone footage, visual branding, strategic consultation), returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and offer revisions where appropriate. 


2. Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Project cancellation by the client before work has commenced

• Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to ReconAir’s error or inability

• Technical issues that prevent usable deliverables, and cannot be resolved through revisions


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • On merchandise purchased of ReconAir website we do offer a refund on merchandise up to 13 days if returned in same condition as purchase     date received.

• Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after final approval

• Delays caused by weather, restricted airspace, or lack of site access

• Services already rendered or partially completed


3. Revision Policy


We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions for deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.


4. Requesting a Refund


To request a refund, clients must:

• Submit a written request within 7 days of receiving deliverables

• Include a clear explanation of the issue and supporting documentation

• Allow ReconAir the opportunity to resolve the issue before refund approval


Approved refunds will be processed within10 business days.
